About the Role
The Booth Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient front-end operations by overseeing customer service booths, financial services, and compliance with Vallarta policies. This role supervises team members, ensures accurate handling of customer transactions, and supports extraordinary service at the booth.
What You’ll Do
Smile and greet customers and team members while delivering extraordinary service.

Lead and supervise booth team members, providing training, scheduling, and evaluations.
Oversee lottery sales, money orders, wire transfers, and check cashing with accuracy and compliance.
Act as the compliance officer, ensuring adherence to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Complete and review Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTR).
Manage booth cash flow, daily safe balance, and bank deposits.
Review and process invoices, coupons, and prior day booth transactions for accuracy.
Answer incoming calls professionally and resolve customer issues.
Maintain booth cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment.
Ensure safety standards are followed and report unsafe acts or conditions.
Support annual evaluations, team scheduling, and performance management.
Foster respectful, professional communication with customers and team members.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk constantly (6–8+ hours/day).
Frequent bending (neck/waist), squatting, twisting, and reaching above/below shoulders.
Frequent hand use for grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine manipulation.
Lift and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
Heaviest item required to carry: 20 lbs., up to 4 feet.
No driving, heavy machinery, uneven ground, or exposure to dust, fumes, or extreme temperatures required.
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, courteous personality with strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of booth services and prior cash handling experience.
Ability to perform math calculations accurately.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
At least 6 months of experience in Vallarta’s customer service booth.
Responsible, professional, and positive attitude.
Willingness to transfer to other store locations within a reasonable commute.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
